Trends within units • Unit “met my needs” is a question we ask of all students who reporting using the unit’s service • 90% rate of agreement is the target • LOTS OF WINS! • All units except for one met the target (and that one had 89% rate of agreement) • No unit showed declining trends from 2010 to 2012 • Student Health Service showed a positive trend on this item over time

  20. Summary • Student satisfaction with ESL services has been high overall, high within each college, and consistent over time • Services provided by ESL are valued by students
