  2. Purpose of this session: automate acquisitions data import to free staff for higher value work • Use automation to make certain that appropriate flow of data is ongoing, and keep staff informed

  3. What in specific are we importing? • Orders include bibliographic, order and encumbrance records • Enhanced Bibliographic records; more up to date and robust bib records • Invoices for orders being readied for shipment

  4. YBP terms • EOCRs are initial orders • OCLC Plus records are enhanced bibliographic records - optional service • EDI - invoices themselves
