NGDA Baseline Summary • 195 NGDA Datasets; reduction due to consolidation into dataset series • Baseline list to be complete by 6/30/14 • NGDAs listed will be part of the FY 15 baseline assessment • 110 NGDAs in Data.gov • 68 properly tagged and accessible in the Geoplatform A-16 Theme Communities; 42 NGDAs require additional tagging • 85 Need to be Registered in Data.gov • Holding meetings with individual themes • Reworking registration guidance to include online instructional videos • Holding dialogues with Data.gov to discuss technical issues

NGDA Change Management Template • Designing a NGDA Change Management Process • Proposed template has been shared with both theme leads and CG members for review • Additions: • A-16 Supplemental Guidance Criteria • Used by multiple Federal agencies or with partners • Applied to achieve Presidential priorities • Required to meet shared mission goals of multiple Federal agencies • Expressly required by statutory mandate • Dataset Quality and Usability • Discoverable – published and available • Reliable – Coordinated by recognizable national steward • Consistent – supported by schemas/standards • Current and Applicable – Geospatial Data Lifecycle • Resourced – established, recognized as enterprise investment • Retirement • Justification • Archive • Change • Justification
