Project Expected Outcomes • Support schools to become effective PD schools (Year 1: 5 schools) • PD schools create networks with other schools (year 2: 15 schools) using the model of coaching & PLCs • Conduct ethnographic studies & case studies to document the transformation of schools • Dissemination & publications SUP4PCL , AU Team

WP2 Development • Develop training materials to use with school teachers using soft & hard copy format & online and F2F training materials. • Continue development of school portfolios • Conduct coaching and monitoring weekly visits to PD schools • Train school teachers • Host EU partners to support & assess the training activities. • Write progress reports about PDS once a month.   13. WP3 Quality Plan • Develop monitoring and evaluation tools • AU hosts internal & external evaluation teams • Produce a midterm review (Led by ULEIC and supported by ANSU). SUP4PCL , AU Team

WP4 Dissemination & exploitation of results • Participate in a policy dialogue at local level. • Present project outcomes in a conference in Cairo (AUC). • Host & collaborate with UON to produce a case study. • Videotape activities in all workpackages. • Continue to support schools (schools weekly visits) SUP4PCL , AU Team

WP5 Management • Participate in management meetings. • Take part in the creation of the project website. • Participate in the revision of the work plan • provide support for the conflict resolution committee. • Produce improvement plans on a bi-annual bases. • Fill in required templates & tools for management purposes.
