As part of this effort, we launched a Strategic Sourcing initiative to realign our supply base and improve the services, quality, costs and overall value of our mission. One of the key work streams of this Strategic Sourcing initiative is tasked to examine our sources of supply for facility management services. In FY 2016, CPS is estimated to spend more than $250 million on all facility management services categories. CPS would like to establish strategic relationships with qualified providers for presently outsourced facility management needs. CPS invites you to fill out the request for proposal on this opportunity. Since this opportunity represents a broad range of schools, proposers are encouraged to propose on any school zone for which you can competitively provide services The goal of CPS’ facilities management function is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the students, faculty and staff while driving cost out of these services. The services areas in scope for this RFP are: a) Custodial Services b) Engineering Services c) Landscaping Services d) Pest Control Services e) Snow Removal f) Other Trades Services g) Capital Improvement Program (under $25,000) – optional response

Submittal Requirements • This is how Proposers demonstrate whether they meet the Board’s qualifications • Ensure that any forms requiring notarization are in fact notarized before submitting Proposal • If the section or question does not apply, please write “N/A” in the box to show the question was not missed
