  1. Thebestweek in ourlives BELGIUM WEEK by Polish team

  2. First day Afterourarrival to La Berliereschool, we werewelcomed by two students,Henri and Gouthier. Then, we got to knoweverybody, had an English lesson with 5th-form students and spentour first eveningwith host families.

  3. Second day On Tuesday we watched presentations of schools which belong to the COMENIUS programme. Afterwe had lunch,thephotograph of thewhole group was taken and visiting the school in La Berlierestarted. In theafternoonthebus tookusto Lessineswhere we haddinner and visited The HospitalNorte-Dame a la Rose established in the 12th century. In the end,we came back to theschool premiseswhereourhost familieswerewaiting for us.

  4. Wednesday At school we were atabout 8.15 a.m.We had workshopsabout active citizenship there. We talkedabout politics, people and events we foundthemost important. We madethecolourfulhandprints on the paperand we had to say why thosecolours hadbeenchosen by us.

  5. At about 11 a.m.we had sports activities with students from 5th and 6th forms and we played volleyball. In theeveningwe had somefree time with families.

  6. Fourthdayand ourvisit to Brussels

  7. Parlamentarium POLISH TEAM On Thursday we had a trip to the capital of Belgium - Brussels. We experienced the European Parliament for the first time inourlives. Dynamic, interactive multimedia displays guidedus through the journey of European integration.

  8. In Parlamentarium we saw a lot of interestingthings. For example, a wall with pictures of famous people.

  10. Brussels Centre After the visit to Parlamentarium we hadsomefree time inthecentre. Time for lunch, shopping etc.

  11. And… Brusselsatnightisverybeautiful. We couldhaveseenthat. 

  12. Lastday On Friday we prepared a show ofComenius song, dance and role plays about Belgian Week. Then, we presentedit in front of our hosts to say them thank you.It was a good idea to end ourstay in Belgium.
