What does that mean? • In more than 50% of countries that responded to our survey, no action was taken to ensure monitoring and evaluation of disability programmes in the implementation of the Rules. • Less than 50% applied one measure or more. • Even when measures were implemented, there was a no consistency of the procedures taken • Establishing definition 47% • Creating specialized monitoring 38% • Collecting census data 48%.
