Processing ATA Order • Attention Partners and Sales Teams: New HP Institute ATA order to process • When you submit an order for ATA products to Certiport for processing, its critical you also provide the following information to the Certiport fulfillment team (please email to HPCoursewareOrders@certiport.com) • Academic Center Name • Academic Center address • Main Contact name/email address at the Academic Center • Who will be the Educator(s): • Educators Name and email address • What course will they be teaching (Connected Devices, Networking, etc.) • This information will be added to the LPC database and then the Educator can properly Register on the LPC Portal (Educator must “associate” themselves with their school and that must be added to the database first).
