  7. Range : Technical Considerations 1 . UV Range (Value/Mass) table could be complete by Price Survey (for Raw Material, Farming, …) 2 . UM : Unit Mass must be conform to Product definition (Live ducks, geese … weighting >185g) 3 . A Control Table generated automatically by Eurotrace have to be consulted: - This table contains the number and the percentage of replaced Mass/Value on each Product/Flow within the current processed month. - If for some product, there is too many correction (i.e. more than 80% with more than 5 Values), the current range and the related value have to be controlled, and, if necessary modified
