Problem Statement In GTRI Travel Authorization is required Previous process is paper based and manual routing Major issues with previous process are: Difficulty implementing the standard process and forms Compliance issues Papers getting lost Significant typos resulting in lots of rework Difficulty determining the status of the travel request Significant admin work and rework
