  8. Peer-learning Develop and practice own skills Support and encourage development in others Individual improvement = group success Learn from another source Mixed Year groups

  9. Requirements of POPPS Various roles to be fulfilled in each meeting Eight speeches over three yearsincluding… Icebreaker Statistics Career planning Project Sits within curriculum over three years

  10. Students with Anxiety Oral presentation is a learning outcome Anxiety reduction across cohort We offer specific support for students with anxiety Gradual progress akin to ‘exposure therapy’
