Web-based Survey Design Options • Survey Monkey (surveymonkey.com) • Simple to use • Can send invites through email • Keep a list of emails and see who has and hasn't responded • Print results in PDF or Excel • Make results public • Create printable surveys • Zoomerang (zoomerang.com) • Similar to surveymonkey • Can download results into Powerpointas charts • Can download results as charts or in PDF • Will create and deploy your survey for you

Software Survey Design Options • eListen(http://www.scantron.com/elisten/ ) • Academic Assessment uses this software for our Graduating Senior Exit Survey • More complex • Use to create surveys that need to be printed in scanable format • eListenwill also deploy surveys and send them to you • Requires a Scantronmachine and eListensoftware to scan surveys (unless you want to enter them by hand) • Can export responses into Excel, SPSS or eListen’s analysis program
