We developed traffic models for all of these new developments for environment impact studies.

  • San Joaquin Council Governments Travel Demand Forecasting Model was used in CUBE/TP+
  • Emme 3 was used for a detailed analysis, since it was used for the model calibration at the turning movement level
  • Turn counts at the study intersections were entered into Emme 3 for the model calibration
  • The difference method was used
  • Road network and land use data were updated
