  2. Most known Player in History. • Babe was the first player to hit sixty homeruns in one season. • Babe’s record for hitting sixty homeruns in one season stood for 34 years until it was broken by a man named Roger Maris.

  3. Babe at The Plate. • Babes batting average was.342. • Babe batted left handed. • He also through left handed. • The total amount of homeruns Babe hit in his career was 714. • The total amount oh hits Babe got was 2,873!

  4. Hall of Fame for Babe. • In 1936 Babe was elected to be in the baseball Hall of Fame . • In the year of 1998 the Sporting News ranked Babe number one in the top 100 players in baseball!

  5. Off the field. • Off the field Babe was very famous for his charity work! • Babe was also known for his reckless lifestyle.

  10. Born and Died. • The bambino was born on February 6th 1895. • The Bambino died on August 16th 1948 at age 53. • the Bambino died of throat cancer. • But Babe is still to this day one of the most known players in baseball history!
