  5. stockton.gov.uk/fairaccesstocare What is Fair Access to Care? • FACS is an eligibility criteria for Adults • There are 4 bands: Low Moderate Substantial Critical • Based on levels of need • safety • independence

  7. stockton.gov.uk/fairaccesstocare What is Fair Access to Care? • Councils can make decisions on the bands they support • In Stockton we support Moderate, Substantial and Critical needs • Stockton supports people with low needs with information and advice
