    2. An ethereal perspective shows improvised sanctuaries at the Dagahaley camp in Dadaab, close to the Kenya-Somalia fringe in Garissa County, Kenya. Around 350,000 or so Somalis live in the sprawling camp. The Kenyan government opened Dadaab camp, intended for 90,000 exiles, in 1991 as a makeshift answer for the common war over the outskirt.
