Staff policy • Mandate: “Define the operating scenario of the CCC and make recommendations about the management and possible harmonization of the various categories of personnel corresponding to the different CCC usages” • WG recommendation: 1 single group as soon as possible • merging TCR + MCR teams in 2005 • Method: establish scenario for 2010+ (“LHC steady state”) then study transition D.Manglunki AB/OP

  28. The (very tight) Planning: 59 weeks to go • 31/12/2004: CE Studies completed, call for tenders out, preparatory works completed; start of civil engineering • 1/11/2005: building ready; installation begins, followed by commissioning • 1/2/2006: CCC commissioned, ready for OP D.Manglunki AB/OP
