  3. 1.1 Current problems in the classes (observation) • Ss get absent-minded • cannot understand the teacher • cannot get satisfied with what is taught • Teachers ignore Ss wants and responses • Ss do not turn to teachers though they are confused • Ss do not cooperate with teachers as expected • Ss do not feel like posing or answering questions www.themegallery.com

  14. Data-collecting • We have distributed 120 pages of questionnaires • we collected 111 pages, in which 100 are valid. • The data is typed into computer and processed with SPSS14.0 software. www.themegallery.com
