  3. PREDILEKSI :  Kulit, Insang  Rongga Hdung MORFOLOGI : • Tubuh berbentuk seperti bola / pyriform • Ukuran : P =  150 Mikro meter TGT L = 15 – 70 mikro meter TKTAN HDP • Dewasa seperti buah pear • Mempunyai alat untuk melekat spt. Akar

  4. SIKLUS HIDUP : • Belum diketahui secara pasti • Dewasa disebut : Trophozoid ukuran : P = Samp. 150 / 160 mikro meter  Pd. Permukaan ikan (6 hari)  Matang  Lepas (melayang di air)  Membelah  Dinospore (Fase Invasive)  Mati > 24 jam GEJALA KLINIS : • Tubuh terbungkus oleh parasit  membentuk seperti velvet • Warna tubuh berubah  putih kebiruan • Sulit bernafas • Pendarahan pada bagian terserang

  5. CARA PENULARAN : • Kontak langsung dengan Dinospore FAKTOR PENDUKUNG : • Suhu  250 C • Padat tebar PENGEND. : • NaCl : 30.000 ppm ( Dipping 5 – 15 menit ) • MB : 2,6 ppm (3 – 5 hari)
