  2. The Gordon & Barwon Health Project Aims • To develop an innovative program that used technological platforms that were engaging via a range of social media, online learning and interactive technologies - online induction program - diabetes online program

The Gordon & Barwon Health • Using the innovative teaching and learning approaches assisted in developing new and exciting synergies between the Gordon and Barwon Health • The partnership objective was to provide shared expertise, knowledge and skills between staff members from both organisations.

  4. Induction for Contractors • The program was an online corporate induction that covered the following: • obligations under BH OH&S Policy and The Act • complying with statutory requirements • duty of care responsibilities • identifying and managing hazards on BH sites

Conclusion • The innovation project has in effect brought together different technologies and approaches to form new goods and services that use 'innovated blended learning methodologies’. • By enabling the sharing of expertise, competencies & best practice models stronger partnerships have been forged.
