    • Continual formal process for increasing organizational performance by developing strategies to produce results

  • Strategic thinking:

    • Way of understanding the fundamental drivers of an agency

    • Supplies the ‘input’ to produce strategic plans

    • Uncovers opportunities, challenges existing assumptions
