This study analyzes post-intervention results on medication prescription adherence, highlighting regular versus non-prescribed medications, with high-risk medication, known allergy, and other medication omission rates. Findings show 52% prescribed regular medications, 48% not prescribed, 4% high-risk meds omitted, 2% known allergy omitted, and 15% other medication omitted, with 62% having regular medication prescribed or none.
