  2. INTRODUCTION • Respiratory gymnastics has been realizing in a complex with physical exercises or auto-training, and also as an independent complex. The purpose of gymnastics - to learn to adjust correctly duration of a breath,an exhalation and a pause after an exhalation during the labor.It has been realizing under the oral account. It shares on 4 stages …

  3. 1 STAGE • 3/3-2-3/4-2-3/5-2-3/6-2. • The account is equal 1 sеc. • The number before a oblique stroke signify duration of a breath (3 sec.), after it - duration of an exhalation (3 sеc.) • 2 - duration of a pause (2 sеc.) • The purpose - to extend an exhalation and make it more long than a breath in 2 times.

  4. The breath have been realizing through a nose. The exhalation have been realizing through a mouth. Both the thorax and abdomen should participate in breathing act . Now draw attention to the screen. It will proceed a train of prompting slides. Realize respiratory movements as directed on slides.
