HANGING BASKETS - ANNUALS • Flower quickly & have a long season of blooms • They are among the most adaptable of garden plants. • Annuals have simple needs - good light, sufficient water, & reasonably fertile soil. CARE • Do not place near doors or other cold drafts. • Do not place close to severe heat. • Gently remove any faded flowers and dead leaves. LIGHT • Full sun. WATER • If weather is hot, sunny or windy, water once a day ; twice a day is better. • Water once a week in cool weather. • Water deeply & keep the foliage dry during watering. • Water early, foliage must dry by night, less chance of disease.
