  2. Session Description • Digital learning coaches or technology integrations trainers are essential to successful technology implementations. Come learn how to be an effective technology coach and transform your schools teaching and learning. As technology integration among schools increases across the country, ongoing support for teachers and students is essential. To further develop the leadership skills of educators, coaches need more than just vision and knowledge. Change leadership requires vision, expertise, and the ability to frame and reframe conversations. Coaching impacts both the quality of teaching and student learning. During this workshop, you will increase your capacity to coach, lead, and inspire teachers. Through interactive, engaging activities, participants will explore their strengths, identify ways to lead change, increase their impact, and discuss ways to do this using specific iPad apps and practical examples from a digital learning coach.
