What is EPAS? • body set up within the Council of Europe to promote the development of sport • established in 2007 Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport • ”enlarged” – open for non CoE countries • ”partial” – voluntary
First pan-european sport platform with 2 pillars: • Governments • Governing Board • NGOs • Consultative Commitee
