Impact of Prior Stroke on Outcomes in the CURE Trial: Insights from Unpublished Data

This analysis explores the outcomes of patients with a history of stroke or TIA in the CURE trial, involving 506 patients without significant interaction for any outcome. It also considers data from 3,495 participants aged 75 or older with a weight of less than 60 kg, revealing no significant interactions. Furthermore, we compare findings to TRITON-TIMI 38, highlighting significant results (P<0.05). These insights, courtesy of Dr. John Eikelboom, contribute to understanding the implications of prior strokes in clinical settings.
