  1. Ingredients: 1 handful of popcorn kernels per person Splash of vegetable oil Sugar or salt How to make it - ALWAYS GET AN ADULT TO HELP YOU Heat the oil in a thick bottomed pan. Put 2 or 3 popcorn kernels into the pan and gently heat. 3. When these first kernels start to pop add the rest of the popcorn kernels and put a lid on the pan. 4. Give the pan a shake and continue to heat gently. 5. When the kernels start to pop, remove the pan from the heat to avoid burning the popcorn. 6. When the popping has finished, remove the popcorn from the pan, place in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar or salt. 7. Try reheating any unpopped kernels to make more popcorn. Ingredients: 500g bar of cooking chocolate Small pot whipped cream Some dipping fruit that you might like to try – Strawberries, Apricots, Pineapple. How to make it - ALWAYS GET AN ADULT TO HELP YOU Place a cup full of water in a pan and then place a heat proof bowl over the pan. The bottom of the bowl should not be touching the water. Break the chocolate into pieces, put into the bowl and allow to melt. When the chocolate has melted, whisk in about half the cream and turn off the heat. Place some greaseproof paper on a tray then push the fruit carefully onto cocktail sticks and dip into the melted chocolate. So that about half of each piece of fruit is covered.
