  3. Aim of the project Sustainable Integration of minimum 80 formal low skilled workers in enterprises

  4. Goals Combination „Certificate of Qualification“ + set-up of skill - building working conditions = Experiment of a new way for the suistanable integration of low skilled workers in enterprises

  5. Time Frame Project Period: 01.12.2007 – 30.11.2010 Period of Integration:until November 2009

  6. Partner of the project DAA (commercial occupations, IT, Media- tecnology ) BBW (tecnical trades ) ÜAZ (construction, care, home.economics, gastronomy)

  7. Target Group: Formal low skilled workers, who do not have a training qualification, who do not have an in Germany accepted training qualification or long term unemployees and Who live in the town of Frankfurt (Oder) and the administrative districts of Landkreis Oder – Spree and Märkisch – Oderland

  8. Approach Volontary participant‘s decision to take part in the measure Assessment of participants (biographical approach) Akquisition of employers Provision of coach in the enterprise

  9. Approach Enabling of skill-building conditions in the enterprises Monitoring of the participant by the project coach „Certificate of Qualification“ for the participant

  10. Prospect Futures Handing over the „Certificate of Qualification“ to the members of staff (JoBCenter, Labour Agency, Social Office)
