ONCE A WORLD CLASS CITY, Mumbai is near the bottom of the list today as a city to live, work and invest in. Severe economic decline afflicts the city and its people. This must change. The city must offer a good quality of life to all who live and work here, especially the disadvantaged. Its governance must be open, responsive and clean. Only then will we attract the minds and people we need to become globally competitive and A GREAT CITY ONCE MORE.
