    8. Review Student Learning Plan Why is this important? What will you learn to do? Analyze how you communicate in group situations How will you know when you are succeeding? Knowledge and skills you will learn along the way.

    24. What kind of behaviors do you usually display in groups? Why do people engage in non-productive behaviors? What can you do when someone in your group is being disruptive?

    32. Watch a clip from a film or TV show from a internet video site that is dealing with a group of more than two people involved in the plot line. Analyze the group communication in the film clip using Exercise 2: Group Dynamics. Discuss how to stop dysfunctional behaviors when they occur in a group.

    33. Is it easier to pick out behaviors when you are observing or when you are participating in a team discussion? Why? Was it difficult to decide which role each person was playing? Why or why not? What elements of group communication are most prevalent in your interactions with your friends, family, classmates or in other extracurricular activities? Do the elements differ depending on the situation? Why? How does this help you understand group processes?

    42. Create a class Tree Chart with one side of the ‘T’ saying Destroy Team Support and the other side of the ‘T’ saying Create Team Support. List driving forces to the left of the center vertical line. List restraining forces to the right of the vertical line

    43. Create a class Tree Map that includes three columns: (1) What our class is currently doing to build Team Support (2) new things our class can start doing to build team support (3) things our class needs to stop doing that destroy team support.
