  2. Who.? • Women were the first to start changing fashion. A lady named Mrs. Vernon “castle”, was the first lady to cut hair so short. • Coco Chanel became pretty famous by designing the new fashion.

  3. What.? Fashion in the 1920’s consisted of many things. From clothes to shoes to hair, undergarments, hats, handbags, dresses and jewelry. One of the most famous hairstyles was “the bob”.

  4. Where.? • All these different changes were used about anywhere. Rich people saw fashion as a bad thing but as time went on they used it for many occasions. For example on evenings and important balls.

  5. When.? • During the 1920’s there was lots of new fashions for everyone. In the early 1930’s there were also a few changes but not as in 1920.!

  6. Why.? • Women began to change their fashion because they began to realize the importance of individual styling.! • They also turned to fashion as a part-time job to earn extra income.

  7. How.? • Fashion started during the first world war (1914-19180, it all started by young ladies wanting more attention.

  8. Why.? • The hairstyle “the bob” was used by women who drove ambulances for sanitation and convenience. Other women used tight dresses to make the fabric show their curvy bodies.
