  15. INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM AND STRATEGIES • 1. Teach from the goals and objectives listed on the student’s plan (2 Math & 2 Reading). • 2. Locate the instructional materials in the text provided and teach the materials. • 3. Provide an activity for the student that supports the objective. • 4. Allow the students to summarize (orally) the materials taught. • 5. Jot down notes in order to effectively write the Progress Reports.

  16. Monitoring & Evaluating Student Achievement • 1. Pre-test must be graded and turned in. Keep note of the grades and accomplishments of your students. • 2. Make sure that you jot down notes regarding the progress made by your students daily. • 3. Develop a checklist of goals and objectives on student’s plans.

  21. PROGRESS REPORTS All Progress Report must be completed on Web-Site a. After first 6 hours b. End of the Month When writing a Progress Report, a. Please address all goals individually b. Sufficient information 1. Tell us what was taught… 2. Tell us what materials/resources used… 3. Tell us what was accomplished… c. Check progress report for grammatical errors

  22. ATTENDANCE REPORT • Must be sent by Email after each day’s work • Full names of students • b. Hours each student attended • c. Go to website:thesilvereagleedu.com • Click Daily Form, Fill out & Submit • d. If district has a sign in sheet.. • All students must sign the sheet daily.
