  4. 2010 Year in Review • Replaced front entry sign (special thanks to Gary Bero) • Sealed asphalt trail in the park • Established budgets • Renewed contracts for lawn maintenance and cul-de-sacs • Held Easter Egg Hunt, Block Party, Neighborhood Garage Sale, & Halloween Party

  5. 2011 Goals & Objectives • Pond clean-up (S Pheasant Ridge / Mockingbird) • Finish entry landscaping and light for sign • Operate in “Maintenance mode” • Continue by-law enforcement • Other – as communicated from the Association at large
