Turning Risk Factors: • Back problems • Bad posture (slouching shoulders) • Stress ( time is money)
Recommendations • Elevate the height of the box. • Closer to machine to avoid leaning and slouching. • Improve the chair height to comfortable spot to limit amount of bending
Washing • Risk factors: Lower back problems general fatigue Carpal tunnel syndrome feet pain
Recommendations • Take more breaks • Possibly sit at moments. • Decrease the amount of twisting • Elevate the Washer and Dryer to comfortable height
