A singular noun is . . . . one person, place, or thing A plural noun is . . . more than one person, place, or thing How do we form a plural noun? That is, how do we change a singular noun to a plural noun? by adding “s” or “es” Sometimes, however, we need to apply special rules. Those rules will be stated for you at the top of today’s handout. Let’s examine those rules together. . . .
