Graduation Phase I Webinar Overview: The purpose of this webinar is to go over the process used for Phase I of graduation reporting, as well as give a detailed walkthrough on how to complete this phase of the process. This process was originally called April 4YR Graduation reporting. Purpose: The purpose of Phase I is to allow schools the opportunity to review and make any necessary corrections to incorrect start/exit codes the could’ve been made in the first 3 years of high school enrollments, for students in the 2019 cohort. Once this phase ends, you will no longer be allowed to edit records from a previous school year.
