  9. Subject Property and Vicinity Characteristics • Vacant at the time included residential and commercial properties

  10. Physical Settings • No wetlands, with dark grayish brown silt loam

  11. Descriptions of Structures, Roads, and Other Improvements • Paving resembling paved sidwalks

  12. Current Adjoining Property Uses • Main pumping station, apartment building, single family home.

  13. Title Records • None provided

  14. Environmental Liens Use Limitations • No environmental liens, limitation’s have been reported for the subject.

  19. Standard Environmental Records • Regulatory database search report was prepared for the subject property by EDR on March 8th 2007.

  21. Historical Use • Property located between Lowe Avenue and Wallace Street developed in 1929.

  25. City Directories • City directory search was only conducted for the subject property address 284 east 14th street.

  26. Methodology and Limiting Conditions • Ms. Rosie Grajeda and Ms. Stacy McCance of URS conducted a site reconnaissance of the subject property on march 5th 2007

  27. Interior and Exterior Observations • Parcels A through D were vacant and grassed at the time of the site reconnaissance.

  28. Hazardous Substances and Petroleum Products • Hazardous substances and petroleum products were not observed.

  30. PCB-Containing and Hydraulic Equipment • Five pole- mounted transformers were observed at the subject property.

  32. Drains and Sumps • No drains or sumps were observed.

  33. Waste Water • No process or sanitary wastewater is generated on site.

  34. Utilities • As the subject property is vacant, utilities are not provided
