  7. Session Description Session outcomes Learn strategies and skills that will support group and team member development. Learn how to lead and leverage group member capabilities in order to sustain, grow, and improve collaborative groups. Even teams with high efficacy can experience moments of “stuckness” this session will provide intentional strategies that will support teams with engagement, effective dialogue, and a common focus. Come play and leave with applicable strategies that can be implemented with immediacy! Learn and explore application of facilitation strategies first hand, with adult groups, as well as with students in the classroom. Analyze critical features of an effective team and determine points of entry to support team growth.
