However, the owner has a speciality sideline which targets people who want to buy flowers for special occasions, such as weddings. The bouquets supplied for these occasions are creative, sophisticated and expensive, and so the target audience of this aspect of the business is people who have allocated an “above average” budget to this aspect of their event. They will be people who appreciate quality and creativity, and will probably be people in the middle to higher income brackets.
