  3. Foyer The guests will be greeted by staff on arrival when entering the foyer, they will welcome them into the foyer offer them the food on the table and give them a tour around the place. As you can see the colour and style is to match the horror theme to make the guests feel the atmosphere. A whole night of entertainment, free food and drinks they will be surprised and entertained. Code of the foyer props: Black dots – red and blue stage lights Black box – smoke machine Black circles – Mannequins dressed up

  4. Colour code for foyer props: Blue and red dots – red and blue stage lights Black box – smoke machine Red line – curtains Green lines – posters Pink circles – mannequins Yellow circle – table for food

  5. Reduce the cost We found that the cost was way over our budget so we discovered that we should: • Hire the mannequins instead of buying used ones which makes the cost only $ 45 x 4 = 180. so that cut the price down by $100. • We found strobe lights a set of four for the four walls for only $29.99 so that works out to be $ 20 cheaper. • We found a whole row of red curtains for $14.99 and we would have two of those one as you walk in and the other for the back of the room which makes it only $29.98 which cuts the price by $180. • We also found costumes for only $10 each so that cuts the price by $20. • We also deciced to hire the tables from a different place and we got a deal for 6 tables for only $99 a night which cuts the price by $81. • We also hired a smoke machine for $19.99 for the night which cuts the price by $15. • We got posters for a deal for 5 for only $25 so that cut the price by $25. • We found a deal where we could get the make up done 12 for only $60 so that cut the price by another $60. • We shopped around and found the same as the red eyed skull candles but a little smaller for a pack of 20 for $15 so we got two 20 packs for only $30 so that made a huge difference it cut the price by $209.60 • We also found a pack of fake knifes at the reject shop for a 4 pack for $7 so that cut the price by $14 • We found that we could get plastic horror table cloths to cover the 40 tables by getting 5 in a pack for $ 10 so that works out to be only $80 and cut the price massively by 319.60. • We gathered all this information and costs together and worked out that it’s a lot better and works out for our budget and it would become successful.

  6. TOTAL COST=$855.99

  7. The End Result. After calculating the costs and figuring out what works best we found that our charity ball is successful and all guests will be entertained and have a great night. Our costs worked out well and everything fell into place. By Jessie Vaughan
