  2. David Hamra can manage significant budgets and all aspects of construction to ensure short and long-term project objectives are met. In addition, Dave Hamra effectively works with unionized employees, outside contractors and building inspectors to verify that all work follows the Construction Code.

  3. David Hamra earned a bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management from Oklahoma State University. He worked with The Larkin Company (2010-2011) and Kleinfelder (2012-2014), where Dave Hamra polished his construction management and business talents.

  4. Dave Hamra established an excavating company in 2018. He has also worked for Halfmoon Ranch since 1999, where he learned how to convey information and answer customer or employee questions properly.

  5. David Hamra has a proven ability to maintain sensitivity and confidentiality about the projects. In addition, Dave Hamra has demonstrated expertise to develop and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships.

  6. Furthermore, Dave Hamra establishes and constantly assesses priorities and adjusts subordinates' work plans to guarantee that department activities are completed within the appropriate timescales.

  7. David Hamra is also a Junction City Generals (Brigade) Athlete, an OSU Cowboys Polo Team Athlete, and a motocross racer in the Oklahoma State Championship Series.
