1. The Davao Medical School Foundation (DMSF) marked its presence in July, 1976. Its College of Medicine was thus the first such college to be set up in Mindanao and is dedicated to providing medical education and training of the highest order, leading to the provision of effective medical care in both rural and urban communities. DMSF is the first and only medical college in the Davao city, Mindanao (3rd largest city in Philippines). It is ranked among the Top 6 Medical Colleges in Philippines. The College is recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) & World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS) listed, which allow Indian students to practice their medical career in India upon MBBS degree completion from Philippines.
