  5. Qualities a Vision Statement • Discuss, digest, cut, polish, review, revise • 1-2 sentences- • Cut out the buzz words • Who do you want to become? • Avoid: Phrases such as “being the best possible,” “world-class,” and “great customer service” mean little because everybody uses them

Vision Statement- Examples Chevron-- “To be the global energy company which is most admired for its people, partnerships and performance.” LinkedIn--“To connect the world’s professionals to make them more productive and successful.” The BBC-- “To enrich people’s lives with programmes and services that inform, educate and entertain.”
