  3. Step 1 Cut a 1 1/5” round bar 10” long. Face and center drill one end.

  4. Step 2 Turn the shoulder down to 1.200 inches to a length of 6.000 inches

  5. Step 3 Turn the shoulder down to .800 inches to a length of 4.250 inches

  6. Step 4 Turn the shoulder down to .500 inches to a length of 2.000 inches.

  7. Step 5 Turn a 10 degree taper back 1.500 inches. Nose diameter of .400 inches.

  8. Step 6 Debur part with a file from any sharp edges.
