  4. Ops Quals Tips 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY Every member has national read-only permissions to Ops Quals. This means you can view any member’s ops quals data. The next to the member’s name allows you to search for another member’s information The next to the member’s name allows you to view information pertaining to Safety, Duty Positions, Professional Development and Specialty tracks.

ES – 101 Card 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY Lists current specialties and their expiration dates Only the highest level of qualifications with multiple levels will show (IC1, IC2, & IC3 with show IC1 only) The barcode only contains the member’s CAPID. * next to specialty indicates supervised trainee ** next to specialty indicates NIMS training incomplete + next to specialty indicates Aircraft Ground Handling Incomplete Ω next to specialty indicates Safety Education Incomplete

  6. ES – SQTR Entry 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY Specialty Qualification Training Records This page is used to enter tasks on the SQTRs. IMPORTANT – This page is used for initial qualification input only. After initial qualification has been inputted use the Single Person Achv Entry to renew. Tip: (Online Demo)

  7. ES – Single Achv Entry 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY This page allows you to view/enter qualifications for an individual member. IMPORTANT - This page is used for renewals.

  8. ES – Multi Achv Entry 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY This page is only available to certain duty positions and members with restricted access. It allows you to add multiple qualifications for multiple members at one time.

  9. Pilot – FAA Requirements 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY • This page allows you to enter FAA Certificates, Instructor Ratings, Medicals and Flight Reviews • Tips • Instructor Ratings and Special Issuance Medicals require an Expiration Date, not the date they were issued.

  10. Pilot – Airplane/Glider 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY • This page is where you will enter your Annual/Abbreviated CAPF 5, CAPF 5 endorsements, and questionnaires. • Tips • Enter your questionnaires with your annual form 5. • Members with restricted permissions have access to manually add 60-1 exams.

  12. Pilot - Prerequisites 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY This page contains prerequisites other than FAA requirements and CAPF 5 information. You will find items such as statement of understanding, National Check Pilots Standardization Course, Cadet Orientation Pilot information, etc.

Appointments 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY • FRO – this page is only available to certain duty positions and member’s who have restricted access. • Displays all the members in a selected unit who have taken the online FRO training. Users have the ability to nominate or remove an FRO appointment. • Pilot - this page contains all the Pilot appointments.

  15. Mission Availability 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY This page allows you to enter the time of day when you are generally available for missions. It also allows you to enter specific dates and times.

  16. Suspension 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY This page is only available to certain duty positions and member’s with restricted access. It gives you the ability to suspend a member’s qualification indefinitely or for a specific period of time AND allows you to reactivate a suspension.

  17. Currency 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY • This page allows you to track Instrument Experience and Take offs/Landings. • This is not to be used as a Flight Log Book. • Nighttime Flights as well as all Tail Dragger planes must come to a complete stop before it is counted as a landing. • All data entered in this application will not be used to determine a member's currency to carry passengers or instrument currency or be a factor in one's pilot status.

  18. Reports 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY Various reports to help with tracking Operations Qualifications data.

  19. Validations 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY Validations are meant to allow a trusted person to review an individual's records to ensure they are accurately reflected in the system. They are considered more an objective review because the person should only be looking to be sure dates and other pertinent information are recorded correctly. 

  20. Approvals 2011 National Board – Louisville, KY Approvals are meant to allow a trusted officer, such as in regards to ES the CC, VC or the ES officer, the opportunity to determine whether they believe a person is fit to perform that role within the organization.
