3. Sorting Activity – Putting it All Together This icebreaker will incorporate all of the families of functions from AFA 1 and AFA 2.

4. 3rd Observation Debrief • What was your lesson? • Did the results of the 2nd observation change the outcomes of the 3rd? • What went well? Why? • What did not go well? Why? • What would you change?

5. Capstone Presentations • 15 – 20 minutes • 2-4 days worth of activity – we will see a snippet • Activities should be centered around active student participation • Activities should be “Meyerized”

8. ACT Activity • In your group, sort the items any way that makes sense to you. • Choose one or two items and explore ways to answer the items using ideas learned in AFA.

Where Do You Go From Here? • Identify three ways your teaching and students’ learning has been affected as a result of attending the AFA workshops. • Identify two practices that you are going to commit to incorporating in your classroom on a regular basis after leaving the AFA sessions. • What needs do you still have?
