KEY TASKS OF STUDY AFFAIRS OFFICE • Giving advice to university members when preparing new study programs during all accreditation procedure. • Composition of internal help samples and offering training for those who prepare the applications (internal forms and instructions, samples published on the internet, internal educations, …). • Revision of application for study programs’ accreditation, writing remarks (are reviewed 2 to 6 times!!!), discussions with proposers. • Composition of appropriate materials for UM boards (Commission for Study affairs and Senate) and Counsel for Higher Education. • Manage received, reviewed, treated, accredited and offered study programs. www.uni-mb.si→Študij na UM→Bolonjska deklaracija

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • Size of study groups, number of subjects per year, extent of diploma/master thesis and practical work • ECTS credits, determine student’s individual workload, selectivity, optional subject Sports – 3 ECTS. • Postgraduate study - deepen knowledge, Master. • Subject holder (lector, foreigner, in procedure of election, …). • Define switching between study programs. • International comparison of study program. • Preparing the evaluation of financial means for study program (actual cost, expected budgetary funding).
