It develops their personality and prepares them for life in society in the atmosphere of kindness and love. It teaches self-reliance, entrepreneurship, responsibility and dignity in the acceptance of their disability.

  3. Jastrzębie Zdrój – one of the youngest towns in Poland, situated in the southern part of Silesia region. Number of inhabitants – 95,000. The main source of income – minimg industry (coking coal).

  4. The school – there are about 100 students with special needs (mentally and physically handiccaped). The school provides educational and pedagogical support to students.

  11. School programmes Speech therapy programme – Psy.D Mirosław Michalik “Using strategies of audit-linguistic and subcode of written natural language to build competence of autistic children”, the treatment for autistic kids with speech disorders.

  12. We organize Days of Dignity Disabled Person organized with the Municipal Cultural Centre in Jastrzębie Zdrój – integrating meeting to familarize the inhabitants with the activities of organizations operating in our town.

  13. We organize Children Poetry Festival– regional festival of students from special schools to integrate them with students from general education, propagating creativity of disabled people.

  14. We organize Regional Training Day MATP – organized annualy by Branch of Special Olympics Games INIEMAMOCNI operating in our school. Profound impairments people are participants of this event.

  27. The staff Teaching staff is fully qualified for the level of teaching, subject, and the revalidation of students. The school employs: a psychologist, a pedagogist, speech therapists, a neuro-speech therapist, oligophreno-pedagogists, a surdo-pedagogist, specialists in therapeutic education, remedial and compensatory, vision therapy, alternative communication.
