  3. “By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host. He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deeps in storehouses.” “Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.” Psa. 33:6-9

  4. “To Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.” Eph. 3:21 Reverence is shown in acknowledgement, not in misuse and misappropriation.

  6. “Always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father.” Eph. 5:20 “Everything” includes blessing AND discipline.

  9. “And Peter said to them, ‘Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins…” Acts 2:38a “Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray the Lord that if possible, the intention of your heart may be forgiven you.” Acts 8:22

Psa. 31:1-3

  18. “For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears attend to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” 1 Pet. 3:12
